      For part-time employees, it is an excellent job in high school and college.

      -Random bonuses, even for part time employees -Education incentive for college -Easy to stay in shape working outdoors -Promote from within -Gain sales experience -Hourly pay better than most college jobs

      Cons

      -Hard work -Managers may or may not know what they are talking about -Regional sales goals drive managers to want to stay late, which in turn makes you stay late -Double standard; When you're doing sales, the number one goal is to not let any customers "walk" but managers chastise those who deviate on price.

      Mixed feedback on performance, lack of training, and forget family.

      Pros

      Fun at first, good pay, great discounts, depending on the manager they do take care of you sometimes.

      Cons

      Long hours sometimes even 13 hour days. Not flexible at all, no personal life. If you get sick they move on to the next applicant. Never trained me just threw me in the back and told me to have fun. Your only off day is Sunday most of the time. They do not always complete work on a car, just throw the tires on and leave you out to dry. If we are busy, you do not eat, or even get to drink water. Management does not talk to you, until they go to fire you.

      Pros

      Great hours and lots of room for expansion within the company. In two years i fast tracked to be the go to guy at my store with motivation to be the best from my superiors.

      Cons

      Sometimes it gets hot.. and I mean hot!! Other times it gets cold.. and I mean cold!! Other than that it gets busy busy busy sometimes and can seem like the day takes forever. No major Cons other than those though.
