You will meet incredible people who care deeply about you from store manager down to tire technician. You will also learn how to extensively multi task. The company gives you permission to TRULY take care of the customer.
Cons
There is no work/home life balance. Severely underpaid for the amount of responsibility your role has. Closing at 6 is meaningless. You stay until the last car is done and store is clean. So make no solid plans after work. Leaders above store manager are out of touch with day to day processes and have unrealistic expectations. More tasks are consistently added to your role with no raise in compensation. You will end up working during lunch break or not taking a lunch. You have no sick days. There are black out periods for vacation. Customers will verbally abuse you with little to no repercussion instead they are most the time rewarded for it.
