Pay is excellent from manager and above.

Cons

Culture has failed since Bruce Halle passed. AVP and higher making $500k and up is insane for how little they do and how much delegation they do. Claimed daily to be people driven and not numbers driven. However that can be disproved by any store manager in the company.

Seems as though after Mr. Halle passed away they’ve gotten away from the very things that he believed in and instilled in all of us. It was never about the dollars it was about the people. HIS people and HIS customers.
