      Over time opportunities. That’s about it.

      Worked for this company many years to show face that equal opportunity for minorities Aren’t fair from VP’s,AVP’s and store managers. Work long hours just to get paid decently and get a penny of dollar raise.

      Pep talks about the Culture, and lots of preachers about the great culture. End-of-year events If you are a contractor, good chance you get to pay for extra hours. If you are contractor then you can work remote not allowed for FTE.

      Cons

      Lot of workload on the FTE 8+ meetings and then you have to finish your work so assume it. Be ready to work over the weekend and holidays Being FTE you need to come office.

      Company emphasizes taking care of customers, as well as has great morale throughout the teams

      Cons

      employees are treated like crap, over worked, and under paid. you will be required to work overtime every week and in return do not get much given back, home/work life balance is absolutely terrible. to take time off is a hassle, expected to do more than you are paid to do or you will be chewed out on a consistent basis
