      Pros

      Benefits galore and alot of fun! Pay is ok for the amount of work. Met some of the best people of my life I now consider my family as well. Executives are also very down to earth people that have worked in the trenches and have alot of one on one time with every employee! You learn to love and enjoy what we do and gain a huge sense of pride doing it.

      Cons

      I do believe politics do play a big part in promotions. However its not a huge deal due to the amount of good people in the company you can't help but be happy for them. My biggest complaint is small amount of time with our own families. 50 hours is a usual week with very limited vacation and no sick time (which means a sick spell or injury can wipe out a planned trip with family).

      Pros

      Work with your hands, work with a team, retirement program and healthcare coverage. Job security. Paid weekly.

      Cons

      Long hours (10hr+ shifts), repetitive work, little time off, 50-55 hr work week. Low pay. Great job part time, full time not great.

      -Incredibly flexible with scheduling and hours -Fair enough pay for the amount of work, tools provided, and physical stress given to technicians -Major holidays off -2 bonus checks a year

      Cons

      -Bonus checks are equal regardless of how skilled anyone is -No room for advancement for career technicians -Always paid hourly no matter how many cars individual technicians may push -Expected to finish service in 15 minutes no matter how difficult the instructions or vehicle may be
