Not everything it's cracked up to be
Pros
Pay is great and opportunity is there to be a potentially great position. Company had lots of resources and had budget to make changed.
Cons
Management has too many heads to manage ( I started and didn't meet with my manager for 3 weeks). they are not the most organized and efficient with their resources (failed on a 8million dollar project and just give another large project budget) . Hires consultants to do the logical work but no one within company takes ownership. Tribal knowledge is big here. Employees do not like sharing info as if they will lose importance. No structural processes in place. UX team is the only team I'd give credit to as they are wayyyy more knowledgeable and organized. All cons are sadly true. Ask man questions before you take this job. If not you'll regret it.
