-First, dont believe some of these current employee reviews on here, because while you work for the company they will make you go on glassdoor and write a positive review. -Even if you're part time they will work you 12+ hours a day if you have a busy store. -If you say no to staying past your scheduled time, even if you are a hard working employee they will hold raises, and many other benefits from you. -They promise you, that they will promote you but won't. -They say they care about their people, but won't take the time to listen to you if need an adjustment with scheduling. -If you dont work fast enough, after working 4 days straight for 10-12 hours a day as a tire tech they will pity trip you and threaten to terminate employment.

Expect to be over worked and under paid. Don't be misled by the higher ups that make 6 figures, this is one of the worst jobs you could ever have or put your body through. It is very simple and straight forward but the management, work conditions and pay are terrible. To be working in these conditions the pay needs to be significantly increased for the tire technicians specifically. To advance in the company you have to devote your entire life to this company, say goodbye to your social life! If you make it to the sales counter, regardless of the customers true needs, your goal is always to sell tires. If a customer comes in for 1, you recommend 2. If a customer comes in for 2, you recommend 4. Overall this company does not care enough for the ones that actually keep the vehicles moving. While this company does have a few good people working for it, it is mainly people that will manipulate and lie to you for their benefit and toss you to the side.
