after I was employed, the starting salary and raise schedule was bumped up by 10% without grandfathering any experienced employees in. There were trainees making almost my salary... while I was running the back room and training them! Also, getting screamed at when arriving early as an effort to clock in, skip breakfast, and then getting cursed at for no reason by miserable, loser, unseasoned managers was regular event, before working 10 hour shifts bent over, busting our butts, and not getting breaks or any kind of incentive for reaching (WITHOUT COMMISSION) goals.
