Pros

Store managers get paid very well compared to the rest of the industry. Lots of fun activities throughout the year for employees. Family oriented.

Cons

Extremely high volume. Constantly struggling to do the quality of work that is expected because of payroll demands. Company has accepted longer wait times and lower quality work in trade for profits they save on payroll. You are always run your store as well as the best of class in the company, so you never meet expectations. Very long hours. Other employees work way too hard for the salary they earn.

Pros

Great company to work for. Always looking out for their employees and customer safety. Promote from within. Definitely have to earn your stripes. Competitive pay and a great team environment.

Cons

Very tight on the profitability of work hours. Full time employees are salary and a typical work week is 50 to 60 hours which sucks as a salaried employee. Rarely get a Saturday off and the long hours put stress on home life.

There is great health care, good retirement plans, great company outings. Good happy atmosphere. There is always work to do so if you are someone that always wants something to do this would be perfect

Cons

Very long hours for being full time shifts are from 730 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. five days a week if you are full time. you are required to work 5 days a week.
