I think they could do a better job at training the store managers to be leaders and not just managers. The majority of discount tires employees are high school and college age guys, if discount tire had leaders who managed their stores then we would see a generation of young leaders come out of it.

The store Manager is the only person who gets a bonus based on the stores performance but shows up late for work every day, hides in the office for the rest of the day, goes to lunch for hours at a time then leaves early.
