      *The people who work there care about you and want you to move ahead in terms of your position in the company *If you put in the work you can make decent money for not having a degree

      Cons

      *The work is hard on your body especially if you are not used to working 10+ hours a day running, squatting, lifting, etc *The pay could be better for the work you have to do *You are expected to always keep on giving more and once you do, they want even more from you
