      They take care of employees and pay well when you put in a LOT of time and move up the ladder

      Cons

      All the people in doing the work get paid very little, has a jock like fraternity feel. very repetitive, slow moving promotions

      Pros

      Discount Tire is a fantastic company, that really cares about their employees. There are many opportunities to move up and build a career.

      Cons

      My store manager did not fit this mold. He was abrasive, which led to a difficult and stressful work environment. Everything had to be done at light speed, and the smallest things would set him off.
