When your putting away tires into the racks, the guns are monitored for breaks in time, how many tires you move, and they average out your total at the end of the night, leaving opportunity for consistent scolding if your not the top mover. Also if you get injured, they are merciless and still push you very hard regardless of your levels of pain. The hours fluctuate often, and some days your called to not come in at all.

Not really any con's because the founder takes real real good of all his employers.. Plus he's a billionaire lol
