Ignorance exists in the management ranks as there are people who have worked there for 30 to 35 years and know nothing about progressive movements as they have tunnel vision. Also sexual dscrimination as they are very female management oriented and stick together and do a lot of back stabbing and complaining.

Nothing major, just.... perhaps, it would be beneficial for everybody to allow even the lower level analyst to speak up and provide recommendations, since they are the closes to the data and likely know the most about customers.
