Pros

Work from home, learn all about Google Apps, relaxed culture, good first job for kids out of college who need a foot in the door and something to put on their resume. Good opportunity for learning, really no pressure.

Cons

Terrible leadership, which is the umbrella underneath which all the company's problems reside. The company was started by two brothers, who promised every new hire an opportunity to earn a share of the business, but this never happened, not for for anyone. Not in any financial sense, but also not in any sense of responsibility, having a say, really being a part of the management team. The firm expanded to about 30 employees while one brother was in charge, but when the other brother ousted his sibling, he fired several people and drove most of the rest to resign. There is no opportunity for promotions, raises, or any real advancement. Employees jockey for position but really only the family of owners have any real input or share of profits from success. The deliberate promises really soured relations with the staff. Very low pay and poor benefits by industry standards. Additionally, there is no real direction for the future, sales strategy, etc. Dito was poised for success as a premier Google partner and a growing team and customer base, but the sibling rivalry and poor leadership just didn't allow it to happen. Additionally, sales commissions were withheld from people who earned them and this information spread throughout the firm, completely tanking morale and sending everyone scrambling for new jobs.

Pros

I networked with a lot of customers who were ecstatic with the technical work.

Cons

Mediocre benefits, outrageously expensive. HR made no effort to fight for cheaper benefits and so costs increased an already overpriced plan to something outrageous. They lied about bonuses. Overworking for a year while understaffed resulted in a phenomenal success rate, but bonus structure changed several times so that we received nothing. At the same time, we were told about how Dito had a record year on profits. In spite of this, because leadership continued to set unrealistic sales goals, we received nothing. Unresponsive management. No matter how many times we expressed concern over very specific actionable items, nothing was ever addressed resulting in constant high turnover. The wrong people make the hiring decisions. Nontechnical individuals hire to fill technical roles, and the organization spends six to twelve months with an underqualified incapable employee continuously creating more work for others through constant mistakes. Deceptive practices. The reviews on Glassdoor should be an indicator that there is something wrong here. It's obvious which review are honest and which were posted by management. Office politics. I never thought this would be a problem with remote work, but you're either in the clique and safe no matter what, or you're out and your opinion is dirt and you will never qualify for a promotion or anything else. Unfortunately, there are a number of individuals who have been shuffled from one position to another so they can stay employed without causing too much damage.
