Please be aware that HR requests employees leave positive reviews, so take the positive reviews with a shaker full of salt grains. Leadership blames everyone around them for mistakes, then laid off 50% of the workforce. They want to be a best in class workplace and offer NOTHING to reach that goal. They'll tell you all sorts of wonderful things that you'll get, and won't follow through. Constantly hiring family and friends of family. Good luck getting a promotion if you're not related to someone there.

Pros

Remote workplace. Everyone is kind. Good exposure to Google and its ecosystem. The marketing department is the best in the company.

Cons

The company just fired half the employees over video call...as a group...right at the holidays...with no notice. Impersonal and unprofessional. The sales team doesn't know how to sell so revenue tanked. Below market pay. Upper management failed to act on critical business objectives. They elected to "measure twice, cut never." Their status as a Google Partner is in jeopardy as the relationship has soured.

Cons

Company does not value their employees. No potential for growth. When I asked for a raise/promotion, I was let go by the company.
