Pros

Was good at the start. Excellent technical team.

Cons

No executive understanding of business basics or sales. Management does not listen to staff. Black box style with random outcomes. People terminated randomly and without good reason.

Pros

After spending two years with Dito, I am moving on to my next adventure. My time as a Ditomite was a great experience filled with challenge and growth. The relationships made within Dito and with Google are amazing. Being a virtual organization gives employees freedom to spend time with family, which is amazing! Though, be prepared to be busy as there is a ton of opportunity out there to go grab!

Cons

No real cons. If you don't put in an effort and push yourself, you won't find success. Go get yours!

Pros

Really good entry level company to be part of, really nice people to work on a collaboration perspective with lots of resources

Cons

Lack of empathy for employees, upper management are more worried to keep high salaried people in management positions alive and get rid of hard-working employees, initially the picture is different until you realize how focused they are to care for management folks instead of finding out how things are really going with the hard worker community
