No reason. Good reasons are even not handfull. Only harassment. No leave policy, no chance for growth. Come here and destroy your career..

Lots of micro management. Sujata verma CEO of Diverse Lynx treats employees as slave. I worked there more than 2 years and found my self harrased working with them.

Pros

I've worked with this company for 2/years and I know what torcher I've gone through. There is a lot of micromanagement. The CEO of the company is a lousy lady who treats employees like slave and have no respect for them. All the time harassing employees on emails n Calls. Pls don't fall for this company n look for much better opportunities.

No work culture n no employment respect. Only micromanagement and company has no roadmap of business

you will get to know about company on very first day when you join and taking induction, the guy initiate for induction call himself head of recruitment in this company, generally in company people tell about their role & responsibility about management expansion plan but he starts induction with i don't like this , i don't like that, don't do this don't do that, and won't give you a chance to speak and some negative or absurd attitude. yes you can grow in such Org. if you are close relatives or strict follower of your boss. i went there two or three days but time was enough to take decision not to go & follow such morons. i would say strictly No
