      ## know about the business ; how i will sustain what i do and what i want to do ## know the context ; people , environments , business , processes , culture , all need to be well understood Aesthetics matter. Design is NOT invisible. Beauty engages, draws people in and communicates. It also creates buzz and further's the relationship. The visual is only the beginning of aesthetics. Everything is a service, especially on the web. Service ecologies require different thinking than experience ecologies

      Working with family members may sometimes lead to conflict. Because you know your colleagues so well, it's easy to think you know what they want, or how they're feeling. These emotional ties can cause problems in the workplace. Family members are often promoted even if they're not an ideal fit for a new position.
