      this is one of the best stepping stone if you are planning to work with the Airline Industry, i learned a lot from this company.

      Cons

      I assigned as a Senior agent in our department were in i have to step up and make right decisions for my team, i was challenged to face my fear and being leader to make decisions alone for he sake of others.

      the hourly rate of pay is pretty good, good mixture of staff personalities, always something diffeent happening, can fit job around family

      Cons

      shift work, cant always get a roster you are happy with , many roster changes, have to submit holiday requests a long time in advance, management are promoted from within so consequently no fresh ideas, lack of communication from management,
