      1. Great wealth of resources with extensive knowledge & experience (Great team!), 2. Good opportunity to learn from evolving environment and apply your knowledge, 3. Financially stable

      Cons

      1. There is no growth in Senior positions, 2. Some Business section have racially biased approach towards recruiting Business leaders without appropriate experience 3. These leaders tend to micro manage as they do not know the subject and create an environment of mistrust / organizational stress (Affects Psychological Safety)
