Flexible working is great when you need it, 3 days in the office

Cons

Staff turnover is high in all departments People are fired without notice as leadership team are dictators. Morale within the company is all time low. There is staff survey completed however the data is never shared with anyone as the results are embarrassing

Advertised the role as hybrid with flexible start/finish time. First day in the office I was told job is full time office based with no flexibility to start/finish. Direct manager went on holiday next day so I was sent to a loading bay to 'help' as he didn't leave any instructions on what I should start. Left on my 2nd day as they didn't deliver one thing that was discussed and assured during interview.
