      95 percent of managers work wonderful Together and for the team

      Extremely understaffed and over worked QA is completely disconnected from business needs

      Pros

      Trash trash trash . Always favoritism from the managers ..if they ain’t messing with you or cool with you ..u won’t get promoted..u gotta fight for a raise ..the union member is best friends with the managers so if you need help they probably won’t help you . You get in trouble for using your sick time ..even if you call out 4 hours in advance . If someone call out your doing your job and theirs. They will work you so hard and write you up the same day . Has no benefits. Mess up your check every week . The more you do overtime ..the less you get paid . There’s no such thing as time and a half .. only on holidays ..but even then they will take money from you . Always drama .

      I cannot think of a single Pro

      Cons

      *Skipping breaks but taking it out of your check *mentally abusive management *racist and sexist management *no one is treated equally *you could get 5 hours one week then 50 the next or never even get full time hours even if thats what your hired for *Will make you work with a physical injury that was caused because of work *The type of job shoulnt be too stressfull but management somehow makes it the most stressfull job ive encountered *Almost no oppurtunity to move up *How hard you work doesnt matter, they play favorites
