      Pros

      The engineering org has an open and collaborative culture and there's great focus on the customer.

      Cons

      Some growing pains with release planning and execution. If done right this can also be seen as a pro as an area for employee growth.

      Pros

      Code base is in excellent condition. People are always happy and friendly. Great work/life balance. Tons of perks including catered lunches and beer on tap. You are genuinely appreciated and respected as an employee here.

      Cons

      They don't provide an unlimited bus pass. Instead they give you about $56 each month to buy your own. No 401k yet, but I guess that will start later in 2018

      Pros

      Just went public, looking to get into the future of Document Signing. Excellent team and leadership. Great work life balance and industry salaries.

      Cons

      No cons. I believe that I will not change my work for a while.
