      Pros

      I love the culture at DocuSign. Everyone is willing to help, the resources are phenomenal and it is truly a team oriented environment.

      Cons

      The ratio of direct reports to management is stretched, but is temporary while they hire and promote more into management.

      Pros

      - Work-Life balance & family-first values that are actually reflected in behaviors, not just words - Leadership Team that truly cares about employees - Employees that are not OK with the status quo and willing to step in and make improvements - Personal/professional development is top of mind for management team - Exciting time to be a part of a growing company

      Cons

      Not many! :) - Better tools (scalable solutions) should be implemented to keep up with organizational growth

      Really good point about the status quo: if you don't like it, you can challenge it hear. Both Dan and Scott are open to questioning and focused on improving all business processes. It's not always easy. Fair point about better tools. If you have any suggestions, please share them with John Lake on the GOTS team.
