Pros

- Impressive product which has the huge potential to transform how the people/companies use the system of agreement. Think about how easy is to sign a contract (which is legally binding) anywhere in the world. - Smart people who are motivated to make the product better. - DocuImpact: 3 days/year to volunteer for non profit. - Catered lunches twice/week, Friday evening Pizza party and happy hours every other week. - RSU's

Cons

- It would be awesome if the company matched 410K contribution. - How about catered lunches and breakfast everyday ?

Pros

Steady paycheck Looks good on a resume

Cons

Very low salary (50K starting in Seattle) for what they expect you to do at "entree level" Troubleshooting API calls, Integrations, etc This is a customer support call center

Pros

DocuSign is by far the best place I've worked thus far in my career. The people and culture here is so unique and special. I wake up everyday excited to come into the office and learn from my peers. Our training sessions, happy hours, team events, and end of quarters are one of a kind and you can really feel a special buzz around the office at these times. I'm so happy I chose to join this wonderful company.

Cons

Since we recently went public there are some changes happening slowly but surely. Not really any negatives to comment about but I feel flexibility is key in any sales role.

You wake up every day excited? Well, if that isn't a vote of confidence I don't know what is. Thanks for sharing.
