Pros

I'm fairly new to DocuSign and I have found everyone very helpful. Many employees are very philanthropic and take time out to do work for non-profit organizations. I've already been to three events in less than 6 months. * Very helpful employees * Very nice coworkers * Great culture

Cons

This is a tough one... they didn't have a matching 401(k) but that is being addressed now that we are a public company. The San Francisco office has better goodies in the kitchenette(?)

Really, we have better food in SF? Ping Paul Armstrong and tell him what goodies would be good to add to the Seattle kitchens. He is open to ideas. That's amazing that you have participated in 3 volunteering events in less than 6 months. DocuSign IMPACTis a part of our DNA. Glad to hear that it's not all talk but you actually notice it and have participated so early on.

I am doing my part to book my early am meetings with my Dublin counterparts to ease collaboration issues. We need to get better at this. So great to hear you like the atmosphere and team. Cheers.

Great company & people, too much politics

Pros

We have a smart and humble team, and the work life balance is very good. If you prove yourself, it is possible to change positions and make career progress, though it is not easy. Dan is a great CEO and the future of DocuSign is bright in my opinion.

Cons

Politics is huge here - it's all about what relationships you have in the company. If you want to be successful, you have to play the politics game, make sure you're on a good team with good manager, etc. If you don't, you can easily make no progress and get no recognition even if you're great at your job.
