Pros

great product, nice people, beautiful offices in SF and Seattle

Cons

Lots of turnover in leadership, mid mgmt, sales and account mgmt. Price erosion due to high competition. Need to introduce a new sku. In less than 1 year my entire team turned over from SVP down to everyone in the group.

Turnover in management is fairly typical when a new CEO joins the company. However it seems like you have experienced it more than other groups. Hopefully, the dust has settled and you can feel your contributions appreciated and the team making an impact.

Thanks for the review. Our CEO Dan Springer has said we'd have matching 401K post-IPO and I plan to hold him to that. (Please join me! ;-) ) I am not sure the SEC would be happy with your "about to go public statement" however we appreciate your enthusiasm. I hope we go public as well and feel our chances have increased with our current CEO. But timing depends on so many factors that we will know when we know so to speak. I feel spread thin myself so I know what you mean. At the same time I am challenging myself to drop unproductive or unprioritized activities so I can open up more capacity. And I find that when I look for ways to free up capacity by revisiting an old process or something, I can usually find some efficiencies. Not sure if that advice helps you but I am sharing what works for me.
