Pros

Work hard, play hard mentality. Great leadership, management and employees.

Cons

Excelling is extremely difficult - once you take a position, you'll be in that position for at least 2 years. Also, the pay could be a lot more competitive.

Pros

Benefits are pretty good, with quarterly tech subsidy, almost fully paid health, newly renovated office.

Cons

Management sucks, no clear North Star vision, dying brand recognition.
