      Great company for people in the US not so much internationally

      Pros

      The company has great environment, most people will help you or point you in the right direction whenever you need it. The perks are good and the salary is in market average

      Cons

      Everything is thought for the US, product roadmap focused in US, Internal tools focused in US. Perks special for the US. It is challenging to be asked to do the same as in the US without the tools required We were told that an action plan to improve conditions would be implemented and again only for the US

      Pros

      Great people, lots of opportunity for career growth. If you are innovative and wants to be part of a growing company, DocuSign is the one not to miss.

      Cons

      Things are changing very quickly, so you need to be agile and feel comfortable with fast changing environment. Things are not perfect here, so do expect you won't have all the answers given to you. You will need to be pro-active to find answers or create solutions.

      Pros

      Onboarding, Enablement and performance review structure is there - though it can be tighten up. The company also has been really responsive recently to the attainment requirements for promotion, which have been really beneficial in employee retention at the time.

      Cons

      Overall communication from the new leadership had been shaky, an area that they addressed and hope is on the path to being improved.
