Pros

Every big business is looking for digital transformation opportunities and DocuSign is the only eSignature provider that can operate at scale. There is limitless potential for the growth of the company if strategic plans to scale product offering and internal infrastructure is executed well.

Cons

DocuSign is a one-trick pony. Need more products, which management is aware of an investing in. There are several mid-sized eSignature providers successfully competing for Commercial-sized organizations' business.

Pros

DocuSign is a great place to be. The culture is amazing and extremely supportive. Management constantly shows appreciation of their team's hard work, which is key to keeping people moving in an upwards projection. There is catering all the time, a kitchen stocked with snacks, and comfortable working environments. We do team events around Seattle all the time which are great as well.

Cons

They took away the ramp period when you are internally promoted from SDR to MDR, meaning you are on full quota from day 1 in your new position. This will severely affect my annual attainment number, and my income took a dip for the first 2 months which was extremely discouraging. I think this was a poor choice on the company.
