Pros

DocuSign is a place where there are unsolved problems that you'll be able to tackle. One of the best things about DocuSign is that nearly everyone around you is motivated to do a good job. Dan (new-ish CEO) has been doing a good job of transitioning the company from a very sales driven culture to one that has more balance in how things are prioritized.

Cons

If you are at all involved in trying to improve back end processes, you will eventually run into the frustration of trying the get anything done with our Enterprise Apps or Business Intelligence teams, who have a backlog so large that nearly nothing but what top level leadership has their eyes on gets done.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Very interesting comments regarding Enterprise Apps and Business Intelligence teams. Hope you can spend some time with Michael Erisman or Tom Casey. They both seem very open to figuring out ways to help the wider team be more productive.

Pros

Great Product and good people. DocuSign is open to new ideas, you really can make a difference. Total compensation is on-par with other high tech companies. In addition, there is paid time off for volunteerism! Wow - so impressive! On-boarding was so easy, including a complete up-to-date checklist for me to follow to get myself set up. Good work life balance.

Cons

Currently no 401k match, discussed as a future goal

Thanks. Love your points re the volunteer impact days. and I will pass on your kind words to our onboarding team. They work hard on trying to help new hires get up to speed. Yes, our CEO has talked about no 401K match. Post-IPO is what he has said. Also thanks for the shout out re comms and transparency. We are strong believers in that.
