I absolutely love it here at DocuSign, I have an amazing team with a great culture! Pay is good and benefits are great. Definitely a lot of change in the company at the moment which can be scary especially when the stock is so low but I feel really safe and informed by my managers during this time!

Cons

There needs to be more in office benefits. If you want to have staff active in the office more lunches and incentives need to be offered. Snacks and drinks need to be rationed out more, there is barely anything after 10am which is crazy. Most of the snacks are non perishables so why not put all the stock out and keep it topped up? It wont go off! :)
