      Pros

      Great career advancement. Opportunity to make a huge impact both in department and in the industry. All departments have a passion for innovation and it's exciting to set the stage for the upcoming IPO.

      Cons

      IT staff is amazing, but current PC equipment is awful. Have been through 3 machines in as many months.

      Great Direction from New Leadership - Positive, Focused & Inspiring

      Pros

      We announce a new CEO in January and a new Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer in April. Both are super impressive. They are focused on making DocuSign each employee's best place to work (ever), and doing so by engaging, empowering and inspiring. Both have dug deep into the business, are asking all the right questions, and moving the company forward...fast. They have big, inspiring visions, are data driven, and already proving to be the right choices for our business. As excited as ever for our future.

      Cons

      Working through change is never immediately comfortable, until you start to see the positive impact. I believe we are starting to see it across the business.

      Thanks. Great details and glad to hear you are supportive of the direction our new CEO and CSO/CMO are taking us. They are injecting a new refreshed sense of focus and energy that many say is quite exhilarating. Good point about priorities and sequencing -- so many great directions to take, so little time.
