Pros

-Provide ample guidance to new hires through extensive training and one-on-one mentorship. -Great benefits and company culture, especially with an emphasis on work-life balance. -Plenty of opportunities for professional growth as the company itself is growing. -Open communication is actively encouraged.

Cons

-No 401(k) matching. -As was mentioned previously, the company's going through growing pains. A lot of internal processes are still being defined as teams scale to meet market demand. Working hard and learning to prioritize my work has helped me adapt.

Pros

DocuSign respects its docufamily members and goes to great lengths to ensure that the people that make it up are happy, challenged, and balanced.

Cons

While new opportunities to challenge yourself while increasing skills and knowledge are easily accessible at DocuSign, progressing in title and salary is a slow process.

Thanks for your feedback. I'd love to hear more about how you think communication can be improved -- is that at the manager level, the company level? If you are comfortable, shoot be an invite for coffee. Ann Poletti

Sales Intern

Pros

This internship not only provides you with an immense amount of foundational sales knowledge, through initial on-boarding and continual training, but it also gives you a chance to contribute meaningful work. The projects we worked on mirrored what the actual sales team was doing and we were able to see actual monetary contribution to the company by the end of the program. While there was structure, after a task was given there was autonomy to figure out and work on the task in our own manner. The full time employees were also very helpful and welcoming. The recruiters in charge of the program also do an above and beyond job of setting up fun activities inside and outside of the office and are very easy to communicate with about the intern roles. DocuSign also provided opportunities to meet with C level executives within the company to gain more insight about all parts of the organization.

Cons

Because DocuSign is still a growing company you have to be comfortable with a somewhat shifting program, shifting roles, and sometimes being the first to ever attempt to tackle a task.
