      Fast growing company and leader in its field. Great people. Work life balance. Opportunity for advancement Global Workforce

      Cons

      Growing Pains can get in the way. Dynamic environment is difficult to get used to. Complicated organizational structure can be difficult to navigate. Not all benefits and company Culture can filter down to the branch offices

      Pros

      Incredibly bright and driven organization with a clear sense of purpose. The energy is infectious!

      Cons

      Typical of many companies, lots of fire drills and too many opportunities to chase with too few people to achieve them.

      Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Yes, there are lots of opportunities. We need to work together to prioritize and stay focused. And then support people who push back and ask us to prioritize. We can get distracted by the energy and excitement. Yes is not always the right answer. When we prioritize, we can all be more productive.

      Pros

      Product gets catered lunches twice a week. Constantly learning new things. Coworkers are always willing to help. Very excited for the company's future.

      Cons

      For the sake of our sanity, HipChat needs to be replaced with Slack..there should be no reason why we can't do this. Jabber is also not the answer.
