      Was a good company to work for, not so much anymore

      Pros

      The product is good and the companies attempt to give back to the community is nice to see. Good place for young college grads to learn and then take their skills on to a higher paying roles. You'll see lots of glowing reviews from those recent college grads, mostly in sales roles as this is a sales driven company.

      Cons

      I'll keep my comments here specific to the accounting dept where I worked for 8 years. The company was great to grow with however that ended a few years ago with a change in management. Any advancement means moving to San Francisco, there is no opportunities for career growth in Seattle office, it is viewed as a "shared services" group now. The Chief of Accounting has a very cold demeanor and makes employees feel unappreciated. Work/Life balance was not good due to years of under staffing in depts except sales.

      Growing Extremely Fast!

      Pros

      A fast growing company with young and motivated talent. This allows for new ideas, collaboration and innovation. New experienced leadership has come on board to help take the company public. The company is in such a great spot that it makes it extremely excited to work here every day.

      Cons

      growing so fast that processes and structure is lacking.

      Pros

      I work with fantastic people - responsive, responsible and always amazing. Management is great - they listen to your needs and respond to them with the appropriate amount of urgency. My job feels like it is important and treated with respect. Great snacks!

      Cons

      I would like to see more opportunities to work virtually or see a more flexible schedule.
