      -Smart and motivated people. This created a great environment. -Improvement is always on the radar for the company -There was a culture of letting you do your work and solve problems in the best way for you -They were serious in caring about employees having a good work/life balance

      Cons

      -The bureaucracy could make things slow -Related, as the company has grown I think there is more of a struggle to stay flexible and agile
