      Pros

      - Competitive Salary and perks (WFH allowance, health/dental, expenses for fitness/healthy activities, help to study after 1 year in the company, shares...) - Free days off several times a year on top of the usual annual leaves - Flex schedule available (WFH/office work) - Great products to sell + leader on the market - Very good management and team culture in the Solutions (SE) department (collaboration, mentoring, good onboarding program) - Space to speak and share ideas/lead projects for continuous improvement - C-level is saying they care about employees and proves it as well

      Cons

      - Slow promotion system - Bureaucracy has increased as the company keeps growing and it can be challenging for some processes - Work/life balance can be challenging, there is a lot of work
