- Excellent product and market leader. - Hyper growth opening up lots of opportunities for progression. - Very ambitious in its aspirations to be the best. - Excellent leadership at both executive and local level. Everyone is approachable no matter what their position. - Great culture and feeling of community. - You can really have an impact and success is recognised. - Opportunity to travel to other offices in US and London.

Cons

- Collaboration between US and EMEA teams needs work to become more cohesive. - Would like personal learning, fitness benefits. - Some internal processes struggle to keep up with the pace of growth.

Huge potential in Europe

- Huge investment in Europe building on US success - Customers love us - have genuinely had a 'Docuhug' in a Costa - Great culture and working with committed professionals - DocuSign Advisory Board - huge who's who list of influencers

Cons

- Some key resource is still out of the US so time zone challenges although that's quickly changing

Pros

The "WHERE CAN I HELP YOU" attitude that exists across anyone in the company. it's very real. I believe it's based on the fact that a big chunk of the compensation for everyone is based on exactly the same company wide KPIs. the company is very nimble and the goal is to support the incredible growth it's having. Lot of fun working at DocuSign. Salary is good enough and total compensation has a big bet on a liquidity event.

Cons

benefits could be better. some randomization around the tactics
