Pros

DocuSign cares for its people and that is evident. Working in the Toronto office (virtually), it's a tight knit community with access to senior leadership and great visibility for a job well done. Benefits are 11/10 too!

Cons

The MDR role is mentally tasking, but so is every other outbound sales role so this is a role-specific con as opposed to DocuSign-related. This often made it hard to have a good work-life balance due to really high expectations.
