      Attractive salary, benefits and company culture. Possibility to climb the hierarchical latter fast

      Cons

      Too fast growth and hard to keep up with the growth, therefore creating many internal "problems"

      Pros

      I recently completed an internal move to focus more on my passion. Really appreciate being able to do that. It is exciting to be part of DocuSign which is growing so quickly and has a lot of potential ahead. I have confidence in our leadership to make the most of it.

      Cons

      If you're considering joining know that it is a lot of work. It is a busy and constantly changing organisation. Employees are given a lot of flexibility but expected to reciprocate that flexibility when it is needed.

      1. Perfect work environment: The reviews are not exaggerated, everyone (Managers, Seniors, Peers) is always willing to take time out to help you succeed, learn, and grow into the best version of yourself. 2. Culture and support: you can tell that DocuSign really cares for you outside of work and will make sure you’re well taken care of, and able to perform to the best of your abilities. 3. Pretty sweet salary and perks
