Nearly two years later the product is still in transition and a lot of core things still need to be done on aged classic platform. Budget cuts - the road to profitability has led to a lot more scrutiny of budgets and sometimes employee perks. Leadership stagnant - leadership showing its age for a pre-ipo company

It's fast growing, so there are some pains with that. Going from 300 people a couple years ago to just a shade under 2000 will do that; however, this growth is necessary, so it's exciting.
