Business Outlook
Pros
- Better than average equity grants, even for junior employees - Company growth prospects are huge (lots of untapped market opportunity) - Not a lot of politicking or red tape - Good access to data that helps drive decision making - Haven't run across any jerks - Good people to work with - Recent product developments, both organic and inorganic, are very promising
Cons
- Some back office functions (payroll, accounting) are a mess. Lack of strong leadership in these key areas, although some recent leadership hires give me hope for improvement. - Not always clear how decisions get made and who makes them - Some management has been around for a long time and don't know anything else besides DocuSign
