      Pros

      I love coming to work! People have a sense of humor, sense of responsibility and work collaboratively. Passion about what we do is evidenced at every level.

      Cons

      Scaling processes to meet growth can be challenging. Some processes are time consuming and cumbersome. Bonus plan in place for certain levels.

      First week at docusign as sales development rep

      Pros

      Eveybody is awesome and have great stories behind them. Docusign do everything they can to help you move over to dublin. The recruitment process is great and hr are really looking to get to know you. They follow up regularly. Inside Docusign, a lot of great perks (food, drinks, events...) The management is awesome. They tell you where to go but let you choose your path.

      Cons

      The reference checking process is heavy and can be annoying (lot of documents to send, lot of people to ask for references and on their side a lot of time spent filling the reference form).

      Thanks for taking the time to right a review. it's true what you say about management setting the goal and we are left to figure it out. A lot of people here like to build and create things -- be that a product, a team or a process. So that suits most of us fine.

      I have had a blast since joining Docusign nearly 2 years ago. Being part of the Enterprise sales team, I have seen the significant growth in the business and it is fun to be a part of something that is seeing so much success! The company allows a lot of opportunity for upward growth for the people who work hard and go above and beyond what is expected of them. Docusign is a great place to grow your career! I have learned more in my 2 years at Docusign than I have in my past 10 years of work experience.

      Can't think of anything negative about my experience at Docusign thus far.
