Strong, collaborative and empathetic culture. Amazing onboarding process, especially as remote due to Covid-19. Every role and every function really well supported by a centralised asset management solution. Above-average benefits program.

Pros

DocuSign really takes care of its staff especially during Covid. You will get work and life balance working at DocuSign. You will also get your say if you have any suggestions and people do listen.

Cons

When you are new, there will be a lot of independent learning. Lack of internal training program.

Best CEO with great decision making during this extremely tough COVID period. Flexible working environment to help employee to strike a balance in between life and work. Simply the only company would offer such a generous types of benefits. A company with diverse mix of culture and making the workplace more interesting.

Cons

Comms channel or medium need to be more centralised and transparent.
