      becoming more like government type and not startup anymore...from teen to maturity

There are many opportunities and the company is open to people moving around to build their skills and career. It also helps the company to have people connect throughout the company and know what other groups are focused on.

      Pros

      It is in an elite group of companies where people really love the product--which is super rewarding if you work here. The company is solving a problem that makes people's lives easier. Culture is fun, yet professional. Business and technical problems are extremely interesting and intellectually challenging.

      Cons

      The company is growing exceptionally fast, and processes and priorities change rapidly to accommodate that growth.

      Thank you for your comments. They are spot on. Defining what we will focus on globally and then investing against those projects is a priority of the Exec Staff as they lead us through the FY17 planning process.
