      Pros

      I love my job and I love the company. It's exciting to work here and DocuSign truly look after the employees. So many people working here go above and beyond for you right up to director level. You can tell that leadership truly care about customers and the wider community too. The work can be challenging but this has helped me grow professionally. We have been supported in so many ways during Covid-19 too including with a generous tech and care allowance. Management lead with integrity and transparency.

      Cons

      The timezones between EMEA and San Fran can be challenging which can slow down processes and decisions but that's the nature of a US company. The pace is very fast too but not necessarily a con - nothing is stagnant!

      - Colleagues are so friendly, hard working and dedicated - Flexibility of work, as we are a global company - Amazing benefits and great pay package, with regular check in and review every year - Career growth and transparency in the company

      Cons

      - Depending on the department you work in and where you are based in the work, you may have to work longer hours to cater for different timezones

      It's good to hear you appreciate your colleagues and work flexibility. Wonderful to hear also that you are pleased with our total rewards pay package and see a career trajectory for yourself. And yes, while we in the US try to be accommodating to our colleagues in other time zones, this doesn't always happen. Keep pushing us!
