      Pros

      DocuSign is a great organisation to work at. We have an incredibly strong leadership team, are experiencing incredible growth and the opportunities for progression are fantastic for the right people. It is very exciting being part of the company as it becomes a truly global organisation.

      Cons

      DocuSign's pace of growth can mean that internal processes and supporting resources become stretched. This isn't the place to work if you need formal structures and bureaucracy!

      Pros

      You have a level of autonomy and empowerment that I haven't experienced before at other companies. The core cultural values of Customer Focus, Passion, Innovation, Integrity and Executional Excellence are alive and well - the current employees in Dublin and London operations certainly embrace these values. It's fast, fun and energetic - a place where teamwork is valued and where everyone's input is listened to and considered. The company strives to hire the very best Talent in the market across all disciplines. Great to be working with the best brains in the market.

      Cons

      Running fast is not for everyone - due to the hyper growth of the company, it's key to take a breath and celebrate successes.
