Pros

Nice work/ life balance. Everybody here is so talented and friendly. Great place to work.

Cons

Working downtown. Taking the bus and or paying for parking is not fun. It would be nice to have a work from home option after being with the company for a set amount of time.

A company that is truly going places

Pros

Incredible growth trajectory: the year-over-year numbers are outstanding and there is still lots of room for growth. Market leadership and true differentiation. Smart acquisitions and real business strategy. The senior leadership is very experienced. Not their first rodeo, not making it up as they go along. There's a playbook. Good culture. Work hard, play hard, lots of emphasis on fun. Strong values and integrity.

Cons

There are some entrenched ways of working that need to be fixed for the company to achieve its true potential -- lack of processes, silos, etc. Management is aware but some of these are complex problems that won't be fixed overnight. And not a con but an observation: you need to be extremely comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out on your own-- at all levels. Little hand-holding, minimal on-boarding. Have to do a lot with a little.
